Panel selection is a talent evaluation process that relies on industry and discipline experts to select candidates for senior positions. Unlike traditional recruitment or head-hunting, those charged with evaluating candidates are seasoned leaders within our clients’ industry and/or discipline of the vacant position.

The traditional relationship between a hiring manager and a recruiter has been limited by the lack of understanding and empathy that can be present. This is simply because until you have first-hand experience in that function it is impossible to truly understand the demands and needs of those within it.

Panelist A

  • 23 years experience as a SVP/Sales Director throughout EMEA and Latin America.
  • 15 years selling new technology platforms and business solutions into mobile networks, ISPs, hardware vendors, media companies and system integrators.
  • Experience working in large corporate, start-ups and publicly funded companies. Specific focus on leading & managing complex value-based sales into the CXO-suite of some of the best known global technology brands.
  • Sales leadership and recruitment experience throughout EMEA and Latin America building multi-discipline teams to address diverse client onboarding journeys.
  • Focus on large scale technology and SAAS sales, including multi-national solutions.

Panelist B

  • 40 years’ leadership experience in energy, software and tech roles.
  • 18 years as a Senior Executive, managing P&L operations of complex budgets within both small and large corporations.
  • Track record of building and leading successful technology organizations through complex start-up, turnaround and high-growth cycles in the UK, US and international arenas.
  • Sales recruitment experience in multiple industries including oil and gas, wastewater, automotive aftermarket, consumer electronics and AI SaaS.
  • 10 years’ experience in developing marketing programs and campaigns with content and messaging to drive demand for newly-created offerings incorporating digital marketing and SEO.

Panelist C

  • 16 years experience in sales and marketing, covering technology, software, publishing and agency marketing.
  • 10 years senior leadership building marketing and sales teams in the UK and Europe.
  • Broad experience in the development and deployment of international marketing programmes including GTM strategy and recruitment of delivery teams.
  • Management of international sales teams, including leadership and ownership of strategy, recruitment and learning/development.
  • Extensive experience in building and implementing sales strategy/playbook programmes including buyer journey mapping, CRM governance and support services.
  • Detailed knowledge of the design and recruitment of commercial teams, including Bid teams, sales support and product management units.

Panelist D 

  • 16 years experience across Marketing and Product roles across a range of B2C/B2B businesses leading multi-national teams and organisations. Part of teams and companies which have scaled up from start-up through to global scaled up businesses.
  • Expert in agile product development methodologies including Lean UX and Scaled Agile. Proven ability to create innovative product in established industries whilst managing the challenges of business with millions of weekly users.
  • Experience with multiple business in heavily regulated sectors across marketing and product development and dealing directly with regulators to improve experiences for customers.
  • History of hiring at all levels from Executive to Director and across all of the Marketing/Product/Design/User Experience functions.

Panelist E

  • 20 years international marketing experience in varying sectors, building recognisable brands, cost-effective propositions and marketing programmes that directly support business outcomes.
  • Blend of blue-chip product and marketing experience with entrepreneurial start-ups delivering major change programmes, recruiting new teams and driving post launch commercial performance.
  • 12 years of board experience advising on operational growth within marketing functions and delivering expansion programmes.
  • Experience in management of product portfolio, regionalisation and omni-channel marketing activation across 16 countries.
  • Recruitment experience in 21 countries covering both marketing and sales functions. Specific experience in department design and building/re-building high performing teams.

  • 38 years experience in technology, engineering and ESG.
  • Leadership positions held worldwide focusing on delivery of technology programmes, including 14 years leading the implementation of new engineering processes and adoption of new technology.
  • Experience in development and deployment of environmental initiatives aligning engineering processes with ESG targets across three continents.
  • 14 years in technology research management delivering critical competitive analysis and go to market programmes.
  • Strategic, senior leadership experience within global energy firms responsible for the portfolio management of technology solutions and clean fuels/energy consumption reduction programmes.
