Carly has a varied career background herself; in TV & Film as an assistant director and talent agent as well as in the corporate world leading marketing teams and transformation programmes for FTSE 250 companies and global software start-ups. Carly’s extensive experience means that she understands the pressures and challenges that come with high pressure roles and building high performing teams.
